Every Westward visit is documented with body-worn camera footage while our team is inside the property.

Allowing someone into your home requires a high level of trust, and we take that responsibility seriously. Body-worn cameras add an extra layer of accountability and transparency by creating a clear record of each visit.

Our bodycam policy is designed to help:

  • Protect your home and belongings

  • Document who entered the property and when

  • Provide added accountability during service visits

  • Reduce misunderstandings about what occurred during a visit

  • Protect both our clients and our team

Security is one of our highest priorities.

Bodycam footage is used for safety, accountability, and documentation purposes and is handled according to Westward’s privacy and retention policies.

 

Cameras are not intended for monitoring residents or recording private personal activity, and specific recording expectations can be discussed during onboarding.

Pet + Home Watch BundleStarting at $75/day. Combine pet care with a full Westward home watch visit, including property observations and photo documentation.

Disclaimer: Pet Check is not veterinary care, boarding, grooming, training, or overnight pet sitting. Routine owner-provided medications may be administered by prior arrangement when clear written instructions are provided. Westward does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, change dosages, administer injections, or provide veterinary treatment. Visits are scheduled within agreed service windows and are not 24/7 supervision.

À La Carte Services

For clients who need occasional support outside of a monthly plan, Westward offers individual services as neede

    An extra scheduled property check with notes and photo documentation.

  • Same-Day / Priority Visit — $79
    A priority visit when something needs to be checked quickly, subject to availability.

  • Vendor Access — $45
    We meet an approved service provider at the property and provide access.

  • Extended Vendor Wait Time — $35/hour
    For appointments requiring Westward to remain onsite beyond the initial access period.

  • Storm Check — $69
    Exterior and interior visual check following severe weather, with photo documentation of visible concerns.

  • Post-Service Check — $49
    We return after a contractor or service provider completes work and document the visible condition of the property.

  • Package / Supply Delivery — Starting at $35
    Pickup and delivery of pre-arranged household supplies or packages within the local service area.

  • Filter & Battery Service — $39 + materials
    Replacement of customer-provided HVAC filters, light bulbs, or ordinary household batteries.

  • Technology Help — $45/hour
    Basic assistance with televisions, Wi-Fi, streaming devices, smart-home devices, and other household technology.

  • Move-In / Move-Out Check — $89
    A documented property walkthrough before or after a move, including photos and observations.

  • Guest Ready Check — $59
    A pre-arrival inspection for short-term rentals, including basic property, supply, thermostat, entry, and presentation checks.

  • Seasonal Home Prep — Starting at $79
    Help with routine seasonal household tasks, such as thermostat adjustments, filter changes, exterior observations, and other pre-approved home preparation.

 

Custom requests are welcome. Pricing may vary based on time, distance, property size, and the scope of service.
